What you purchase
A Wedding Pass provides increased capacity for one wedding workspace for 730 days from payment. The total is KES 4,500, paid once, without automatic renewal. Guest, collaborator and document allowances are stated on the pricing page. You can export your records during and after this period.
After expiry
The workspace returns to Starter capacity for new additions. Existing content remains accessible and exportable. Data is retained until a partner deletes the wedding; archiving is optional and pauses guest links.
Refunds and payment problems
Request a refund through Support within 14 days of purchase if the pass does not meet your needs. Include the payment reference, never card details or an M-Pesa PIN. Duplicate successful payments for the same active pass can be reported for refund. Refunds are reviewed and processed by the operator through the payment provider; opening a request is not confirmation that money has been returned. This policy does not limit applicable statutory rights.
Your responsibilities
Use accurate details, invite collaborators deliberately, and upload content you have permission to use. Partners are responsible for guest information and provider records they enter. Do not use the service for spam, unlawful content or unauthorised access. Guest links grant access to their holders, so share them carefully.
Planning records and service availability
Provider payments entered in your plan are records, not transfers or independently verified receipts. We do not book providers, hold wedding funds or guarantee their work. Keep exported copies for the wedding day. No uninterrupted-availability guarantee is offered.
Closing your account
Export your records first. Delete weddings you own before closing your sign-in account; closing a collaborator account removes that account's access without deleting another couple's plan. Financial transaction records may need to be retained by the operator; no fixed legal retention period is asserted here.
